Lighter bodied wine made from a blend of Indiana grown Chardonel & Vidal grapes.
Has a nice grapefruity aroma and flavor. The crispness pairs well with salads & lighter meats like chicken, fish and pork. An excellent choice for Pinot Grigio fans.

2005 Butler Vineyard Chardonel
An excellent dry white wine. Oak barrel fermentation lends to the flavor & aroma without being overwhelming. A wonderful dry white with grilled chicken or fish or even pasta with a creamy sauce.

2004 Butler Vineyard Chambourcin
Ripe fruit flavors show off the great season of 2004. This one has some nice fruit character that comes through along with the oak. Aged 8 months in American oak barrels.

Vineyard White
A blend of Traminette & Cayuga, this medium-bodied sweet white has loads of fruit character with a very mellow flavor. Similar in style to sweeter German white wines.

Vineyard Rosé
Made from Steuben, a relative of Concord but with more of the grape-skin zing on the finish. Its sweetness is balanced by a noticeable tartness.
