Attention Brewers: Hop Allocation Info

5/20/08 Newest pellet & leaf hop policy:

2 oz hops per pound malt extract, 1 oz hops per pound grain.
You may purchase up to 3 oz per variety (with the exception of ARG Cascade, & GER Spalt Select-4 oz each), with a max of 6 oz per batch of beer.

Here is a list of the varieties of hops we will be able to sell this year. It's in pdf format so feel free to d/l a copy for your own reference. The prices are subject to change w/o notice, but the listed price is per ounce & now all hops we sell will be in prepackaged 1 oz nitrogen-purged bags.

FYI - Here is a description sheet of new varieties with recommended substitutions of the common hop varieties. This information should help you plan your recipes accordingly. Please be prepared to make hop subs when buying ingredients as some varieties are only available to us in small quantities. The varieties with * are available for us to purchase now.
